ATTENDEE & EXHIBITOR SAFETY
Our number one priority is the safety and health of our attendees, vendors, and staff. We encourage everyone to practice social distancing and obeying the following guidelines so we can enjoy a safe, healthy event. After extensive research and planning, below are the ways we are creating a safer wedding show experience.
- All tickets will be sold online
- Everyone will be temperature screened upon entrance
- Masks required at ALL TIMES (attendees, vendors and Today’s Bride staff)
- Wider, one-way aisles with sanitizing stations through the show
- More space at the vendor booths to accommodate social distancing
- Please maintain 6 feet of social distance between yourself and others
- Specific time slot of entrance tickets
- Parties of 4 attendees or less
- Event will have no more than 200 attendees at one time
- Increased disinfection and cleaning of public areas throughout the show
- Extra disposable masks available for those who do not have one
- Please take your temperature before attending the event and stay home if you are experiencing a fever or flu-like symptoms
- Please stay home if you are not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who has shown symptoms of COVID-19
- Food and drink will NOT be available for purchase
