Versatile Venue Options
Unlike an exotic destination, Ohio weather is not something to be relied upon. That’s why Gervasi has both indoor and outdoor options! Choose from an elaborate ballroom, an intimate greenhouse, or an outdoor pavilion. Plus, with gorgeous arches and scenic views, you can say I Do by the lake! Nichole also reminds couples that “Our spaces are very versatile, and can be used in a variety of different themes and styles. (i.e. rustic, barn, elegant, traditional, vintage, al fresco, etc.).”

This stone and stucco structure is open on each side, offering panoramic views of the lake and estate. It’s only available between May and October, but even then, Gervasi has a plan in case of increment weather. Each opening has shades that can be lowerd to create a barrier, perfect for rain or wind. “Additionally, we have heaters to offer should it get cooler in the evening,” Nichole assures couples. “We also have a weather back-up in both venues for a ceremony.”
Villa Grande
This space is best for smaller weddings, as it can hold between 60 and 100 guests. It’s perfect for small luncheons or brunches, rehearsal dinners, and bridal showers. The ballroom features stucco walls and rustic chandeliers with a stone fireplace and outdoor veranda.
Conservatory
Finally, for year-round access to the outdoors, choose the Conservatory! This greenhouse is temperature regulated, and offers 360 degree views with floor-to-ceiling windows. It can accommodate 10-40 guests for an intimate ceremony.
