They practically walked right out of our Pinterest wedding daydreams and said “Here we are! “I moved to Kansas City after I graduated from Kent State University in 2013 as I was matched to the University of Kansas Medical Center for my Dietetic Internship and Master’s Program. At the time, Troy and I were dating for 2 years. I moved out to KC alone at first, but after 6 months Troy left Sandusky to move out to KC to be with me. A year later, on the very last day I finished by Dietetic Internship, Troy proposed to me at our condo in downtown Kansas City with roses, candles, and music playing as I came in. He knew I wanted this moment to be just me and him and it was perfect.”
