HOW THEY MET | In 2010, while attending Ohio University (OU OH YEAH!), Desiree caught Sebastian’s eye through a mutual friend. Intrigued, he decided to reach out and send her a message.
THEIR ENGAGEMENT STORY | “We got engaged at my parents’ house in Little Italy 9/24/21. I was at my mom’s house and Sebastian called me and told me to get dressed because we were supposed to go to dinner with his family to spend time with his god mom who lives out of the country. When he arrived, he asked we take a photo to send to her which is totally normal, so I didn’t think anything of it. He then got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was out on the back deck on a beautiful day surrounded by my parents and a few of his cousins. It was absolutely perfect as I always mentioned wanting a small/ intimate proposal.”
