From the bride: “My maiden name was embroidered into the inside of my dress. I bought my garter in Venice last summer and it had a royal blue ribbon on it which means good luck (and happened to be the color theme for my wedding!)
“My brother and his wife got married on the same day 6 years ago! We had an amazing 6 piece band that had everyone dancing all night.”
“I surprised everyone, including my groom, and sang a love song to him called ‘Angels Brought Me Here.’ I created the Father/Daughter song by using ‘My Little Girl’ by Tim McGraw and inserted audio clips from home videos of my Dad and I talking to each other!”
“At the end of the night, the bridal party gave us a sparkler archway to walk through! Great pics!”
Advice from her: “Don’t lose yourself in the process. It’s so easy to get sucked into ‘What’s another $100?’ When you feel overwhelmed, think about the REAL reason why you are getting married.”
