A lifelong foodie, athlete, & creative, Head Cake Artist Allie Maldonado’s dream of owning a bakery blossomed in 2022, and combines her passions for food, wellness, and design. When she’s not busy baking, Allie can be found hiking in the Metroparks, reading, and exploring new cuisines with her husband and Chief Taste-Tester.
