By Invitation is a space designed for gatherings that are meaningful, personal, and intentionally intimate, welcoming up to 50 guests.

Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to make hosting feel effortless while helping you create a moment your guests will truly remember.

Whether you are celebrating a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday, graduation, celebration of life, book club gathering, photoshoot, or corporate meeting, this space was created for occasions that deserve care, connection, and attention to detail. We would be honored to help bring your vision to life.

Your rental includes access to a private prep area so your event space remains beautiful and guest ready throughout your gathering. Also included are your choice of round or rectangular tables, classic bentwood chairs for adults and children, and black or white table linens.

To further elevate your event, a variety of specialty rentals are available on site at a reduced rate. These include peacock chairs, a champagne wall, photo backdrops, bar setup, farmhouse tables, popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, and additional curated pieces to help create the perfect atmosphere.
