Meetinghouse
If you’re dreaming of getting married in a “little white chapel,” this is the perfect ceremony site for you! This quaint, 1850 Greek Revival building features a bright white exterior with a breathtaking, picturesque steeple. Between the main-level seating and upper balcony, the Meetinghouse holds up to 190 guests.
Scenic Grounds
If an outdoor ceremony is more your style, Hale Farm & Village has five gorgeous areas spanning across its 90-acre property that offer the most perfect backdrop to your special day: The Apple Orchard, the Village Green, the Front Lawn, and the Carriage Manufactory.

Gatehouse Visitor Center
As the most popular reception site at Hale Farm & Village, the Gatehouse Visitor Center accommodates up to 200 guests between its indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside, you’ll find a lovely stone fireplace and a convenient full catering kitchen. Outside, you’ll find a spacious stone patio that’s perfect for your cocktail hour or even your ceremony.
Carriage Pavilion
As a three-sided structure, the Carriage Pavilion has gorgeous, open views overlooking the lush gardens and historic buildings that sit along the Village Green. Enjoy the fresh air while still having the comfort of a roof over your head.
Despite this historic venue’s roots and rustic touch, Hale Farm’s spaces come with electricity, running water, and staff to help execute the event. To help make the planning process a breeze, Hale Farm offers a list of preferred vendors and ensures there are no hidden fees that come with booking the venue. Any additional costs come from fun add-ons, including fire pits, tram rides, lanterns, and more.

Hale Farm opened in 1958 after The Western Reserve Historical Group received the property from a descendant of the late farmer Johnathan Hale. Today, Hale Farm is a living history museum spanning across 90 acres. Guests come to the historic farm to learn what life was like in the 1800s through agricultural practices and craft demonstrations, such as glassblowing, pottery, spinning and weaving, and more.
