About Gio’s Pizza Lab
Gio’s Pizza Lab is a Northeast Ohio catering company specializing in live wood-fired experiences for weddings, corporate events, graduations, and private celebrations. Since 2023, we’ve focused on bringing restaurant-quality food directly to our guests through a combination of traditional craftsmanship, premium ingredients, and interactive service.
Our menu is built around authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, with additional offerings including Sicilian pan pizza, charcuterie and grazing displays, salads, pasta, wood-fired chicken wings and meats, Tuscan focaccia sandwiches, French crêpes, and seasonal specialties. Service can be tailored to each event, from elegant cocktail hours and buffet-style receptions to fully interactive live cooking stations.
We book only one private event per day, allowing our team to focus entirely on creating a memorable experience for every guest. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a celebration for hundreds, our goal is simple: exceptional food, thoughtful service, and an event people will talk about long after it’s over.

A 25% deposit reserves your date. Final guest counts and menu selections may be adjusted up to 7 days before the event.
Additional Information
We don’t believe great weddings come from checking boxes on a catering package. Every celebration is different, and we enjoy helping couples create a food experience that reflects their style, priorities, and guests.
