There will be an Exhibitor Networking Cocktail Hour 5 PM – 6 PM on Saturday, January 25 2026. We invite your team to stay, enjoy a drink, and network with the other vendors! 2 drink coupons will be provided to each exhibitor.

Drive-in passes may enter the building at approximately 5:00 PM or later based on safety precautions determined by I-X Center.
No exhibits may start tearing down until after 4:00 PM. The takedown, removal, or repackaging of booth materials and/or displays during posted bridal show hours is strictly prohibited. Not only is this disrespectful to attendees and neighboring booths, but it poses a hazard while transporting said materials through the event facility. Early tear-down will result in forfeiture of the lead list and a $100 fine.

PARKING PASSES: Parking is $12/day for both Saturday & Sunday. Pre-order 2-day parking Hang Tags for $20 ($10/day) by Friday, January 16, 2026. The rate goes to $24 ($12/day) starting January 17th. Passes are not mailed. You must pick them up at I-X Customer Service during move-in by Friday, January 23rd. To order, visit I-X Parking Pass & Drive-in Order Portal
DRIVE-IN PASSES: Only valid to use during Friday move-in, and Sunday move-out. Order through the I-X Center Exhibitor Portal at I-X Parking Pass & Drive-in Order Portal. Each pass is $30 per one-way entry and allows up to one hour to drive in, unload, and exit. Passes are valid for cars, vans, trucks, or trailers and are now issued as QR codes—no paper tickets needed. Scan your code at Door 35A upon arrival. Note that some vehicles may not be able to unload directly at their booth due to floor clearance limits.
FOOD SAMPLE GUIDELINES Selling food products is prohibited. All sampling requests must be submitted to I-X Center at least 10 days in advance (form: Sample Authorization Request Form). Sampling is limited to a 2-oz. portion for food and a 4-oz. portion for beverage. The items being sampled must be part of your business services. Alcoholic samples are prohibited.
WIFI I-X Center offers Internet Service for a fee through Smart City Networks. See flyer HERE with sample rates. They do not accept pre-orders. Order during move-in or the day-of the show from your device.
ELECTRICITY If an exhibitor wants electricity above the included 10amp service for single booths and larger, you must order from Edlen directly at ordering.edlen.com. Order by January 6, 2026, to receive discounted rates.
DELIVERIES Deliveries from common carriers (UPS, FedEx, 3rd parties, etc) will incur drayage charges for receipt of their delivery, storage, delivery to booth, and then return to docks to send out after the event. Call Miller’s Party Rental, 330-753-9104, to discuss arrangements & fees ahead of time.
IDENTIFYING BRIDES For easier identification, engaged attendees will be wearing a pink “I Said Yes!” Today’s Bride sticker.
LUNCH OPTIONS Outside food and drink is not permitted to be brought into the Convention Center. Concession areas will be available throughout the show with ample seating.
OHIO TRANSIENT TAX LICENSE Retailers selling at the show are responsible for complying with all vendor-licensing requirements. For additional information or to apply for an Ohio Transient Vendor’s License call 888-405-4089 or visit tax.ohio.gov.
