Wedding Show Booth Inspiration

Create a Booth That Gets Noticed

Your wedding show booth is more than just a place to display your business—it’s an opportunity to make a memorable first impression with couples who are actively planning their big day. From eye-catching displays and thoughtful details to creative ways of showcasing your products and services, a well-designed booth can help you stand out in a busy show environment.

We’ve gathered some past booth inspiration photos to spark ideas for your booth at the next show. Whether you’re starting from scratch or simply looking for a few fresh touches, these examples can help you envision a display that feels polished, inviting, and true to your brand.

Blank Booths

Every booth space starts the same, depending on the type of booth you purchased! A furnished booth comes with a skirted table, chairs, a placement hanging sign, electric, 8′ tall drape behind and 3′ tall drape on either side as dividers from your booth neighbors. A naked booth comes with just the pipe and drape and placement sign, no tables or electric. A table top booth is a 5′ shared booth space with another non-competing business. You will have a 4′ skirted table, pipe and drape behind and on one side, and a vendor placement hanging sign.
