Outstanding day
“It’s hard to believe the wedding has come and gone after 18 months of detailed planning and preparations. I don’t even know where to begin to thank you and the Bertram in general for your outstanding service, attention to detail and hospitality that we ALL received. I honestly would not have changed one thing! Andy and I were just so pleased with each and every aspect of the wedding including all of our vendors. The outside wedding, which was what Rachael and Brendan had hoped for, was absolutely perfect. The day was beyond magical and we all were so sad when the last song ended and the DJ said goodnight. The food was spectacular, the dessert table was phenomenal and our photographers were STILL at the reception to take a picture of the late night snack at 11:00!! We felt like they too were part of our family. You did a wonderful job passing along all the details to your staff and I feel bad, I forgot the woman bartender we had – she was just a sweetheart too. They never let us stand in line for a drink, they were right there to give us another. I had comments from the bridal party about the attentiveness of the servers as well. The room looked absolutely gorgeous, as did the cake!
I probably could go on and on (as I don’t want to stop talking about it) – but if I had to do it again – we’d be back!! Thank you for the tremendous attention to detail to make it a perfect day for Rachael and Brendan. I know they would echo these same thoughts – as they were just thrilled!!”
