Guests are still raving about how beautiful Emerald is, how amazing the service was and how incredibly delicious the food was. Again, thank you so much for everything. I truly could have not imagined a more perfect wedding. ”

OUR GUESTS RAVED

“The experience at The Emerald Center was nothing short of perfect. From the room design to the food, lighting, cake, pastries and late-night snack there was nothing I can say that would need to be changed. Our guess raved about the pasta served family style. They thought it was a great touch to the meal. I had one couple tell me they have never had such great food at a wedding.

Brunch the next morning continued the wonderful experience. We had 50 guess who individually shared how wonderful they felt the brunch meal was. The service for both events was top notch. So on behalf of both of our families, thank you.”

EXCELLENT

“We were very happy with the way the reception hall was set up and decorated. Servers were very polite and friendly. The appetizers and the cheese display was excellent! Food was well prepared, warm and served promptly. All of our special meal requests were handled perfectly. Banquet manager ran the event very efficiently and Emily was very accommodating to our requests prior to and throughout the event. The only surprise we had was that the bartender had a “tip jar”. I had the impression that the service charge/gratuity would have covered this. If not, as the host of the private event, I would have preferred to handle this myself rather than impose on my guests. Overall, very happy with the event and will recommend to others.”

WENT OVER AND BEYOND

“Kelly was very responsive and attentive to our needs as an engaged couple, throughout the wedding planning process. Kelly went over and beyond to ensure our day ran perfectly. The banquet staff was also very attentive and accommodating to our needs. Chef Bernie also played a huge role in making our day perfect. Chef Bernie was always very welcoming every time we would be at the hotel throughout the wedding process. The week of the wedding we received a very nicely written email from the Chef in regards to the confidence he had in himself and his staff in the ability to execute our wedding. We felt very confident and comfortable working with everyone at the Emerald Event Center. I would highly recommend any upcoming bride to have their wedding at this facility. The Emerald Event Center staff (specifically Kelly, banquet staff, and Chef Bernie) exceeded our expectations and executed a wedding beyond our dreams. We cannot thank them enough!”

ONE OF THE NICEST, MOST ELEGANT EVENTS WE HAVE ATTENDED

“On May 13, my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding reception was held at the Emerald Event Center. It was, by far, one of the nicest, most elegant events we have attended. The staff made the bride and grooms, and the guests, feel like royalty. Prior to the reception, the event planner tended to every minute detail we were concerned about and answered our numerous questions with reassurance and complete confidence. Receptions are expensive events, and while we only wanted the best for the young couple, we also needed the assurance that everything would go as promised-which it did. The appetizers were delicious and plentiful; the drinks kept flowing, and the dinner was excellent. Rarely does one get a hot meal at a large reception, but we all did that night. The servers were efficient, attentive, and polite as was the entire staff. Every meal was served as ordered with no mix-ups. I can’t say enough nice things about the Emerald Event Center and the professionalism of the staff.”

“Our Wedding weekend was amazing! Shannon executed all of our requests perfectly! She (and everyone else at the Residence Inn) was so friendly and helpful in making our reception flawless. The room looked exactly as we had planned. While we had expected that planning a wedding from out of state would be difficult, Shannon made the process so easy and promptly responded to every question/request that we had. The food was delicious, and we received many compliments from guests! Many thanks to everyone at the Residence Inn/Emerald!!”
