You are more than welcome to collaborate with other wedding vendors in creating your tablescape! You can see what other talented vendors will be at the show on the official show page here. If you collab with any vendors who are not participating in the show, there cannot be any signage or literature displaying their company name or information. Promoting non-exhibitors in the galleries or booth space is strictly prohibited.
Use of any promotional materials (business cards, marketing materials, etc) are not permitted in or around the display space, nor are members of your company permitted to solicit at the gallery set up. This is for inspirational display ONLY.
