Real Wedding + Styled Shoot Submissions
Today’s Bride is always looking for real weddings, styled shoots, and standout wedding details to feature in our magazine, on TodaysBride.com, in email campaigns, and across social media. Whether you’re a photographer, planner, florist, venue, bridal shop, or another talented member of the wedding community, we’d love to see the work you’re most proud of.
Our goal is simple: share beautiful, meaningful, locally created wedding inspiration while giving the incredible professionals behind it the credit they deserve.
What Can I Submit?
Real Weddings
From the getting-ready moments to the packed dance floor, we love weddings that tell a complete story. Share the details, the emotion, the personality, and the vendor team that made the day happen. We’re especially drawn to weddings with meaningful personal touches, creative design, unforgettable venues, cultural traditions, fashion moments, and a clear sense of who the couple is.

Styled Shoots
Have a creative vision you brought to life with an incredible vendor team? Styled shoots are a wonderful way to showcase fresh ideas, design trends, and the talent within Northeast Ohio’s wedding community. We love concepts that feel thoughtful, intentional, and inspiring—not just pretty.
Feature Photos & Video
Not every submission needs to be a full wedding. We also welcome exceptional imagery or video that may support a Today’s Bride article, blog, social post, email, or future magazine feature. Think: floral close-ups, bridal fashion, unique cakes, tablescapes, ceremony spaces, stationery, beauty looks, rings, creative signage, or a detail you know couples need to see.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for more than a beautiful image—we’re looking for a story couples can connect with and use as inspiration for their own wedding day. Please submit:
- Professional-quality photos and/or video
- Print-ready images whenever possible (300 DPI preferred for magazine consideration)
- A cohesive collection of images that captures the full celebration or concept
- At least 50 images for real wedding submissions
- Couple and event information
- A brief description of the wedding, shoot, or featured detail
- A complete vendor list, including each business’s name, website, and social handles when available
- Confirmation that the couple and photographer have approved the submission
Important Notes
All submissions are considered for both print and digital opportunities, including Today’s Bride Magazine, real wedding features, blog content, email campaigns, and social media. Because magazine space is limited, submitting does not guarantee publication. If your submission is a potential fit, a member of our team will be in touch.
We do not require exclusive rights to be considered. However, if your wedding or styled shoot is selected for publication, we ask that it not be shared with another local publication for up to six months after it appears with Today’s Bride.
We also reserve the right to decline submissions if we are unable to contact the couple, confirm permissions, receive complete vendor credits, or if the images are not suitable for publication.
