June Credentials Form

This credential form is due no later than May 29, 2026. 

According to venue security regulations, all exhibitors must wear a company name tag while at the show. You may wear your own company name tag or the one Today’s Bride provides from this form.

If this information is not turned in by the deadline mentioned above,  you can expect the following:

  • Your booth placement sign will read as it appears on your contract
  • Two blank name tags will be included in your exhibitor packet. You will need to handwrite the names of those manning your booth OR if you exhibited in a past Today’s Bride Show, we will reprint the name tags from the most recent show attended.

Name Tags
Please list the FIRST NAME ONLY of the staff members working your booth that need a name tag. A maximum of 4 staff members are permitted to work at the same time in a 10×10 space. 2 staff members maximum for a 5×10 tabletop booth.

Furnished 10×10 or larger booths include electricity, but your company must provide its own surge-suppressant power strip and extension cord(s). Do you need the electric provided?
Table*
Furnished 10×10 or larger booths include (1) 6’ table covered with black linen, 8′ tall black drape backdrop wall, and 2 chairs. Tabletop booths include one 4′ table covered with black linen and 1 chair. Do you need the provided table?
Linen*

We encourage you to offer a special discount or promotion to the show attendees. Let us know about your show promotion and we’ll help get the word out by posting it to the official show page on TodaysBride.com. Some specials may even be mentioned in pre-show marketing on social media and emails.
Will you be serving samples at your booth?*
All sampling requests must be submitted to Today’s Bride at least 10 days in advance. Sampling is limited to 2 oz per food item and 4 oz per beverage. Items sampled must be part of your business services. Alcoholic samples are not permitted.
