Wedding Theme: Elegance
Their Proposal: “On January 2nd, 2015 we arrived in a cute little cabin in the mountains of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. As I was unpacking our belongings I heard a song coming from the other room. When I walked out, Andrew was playing “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing” by Aerosmith. He grabbed my hands and we began to dance. At the end of the song he asked “Do you remember that song?” I responded with “Of course.” He then said, “It was the first song we danced to as boyfriend and girlfriend, and I’d like for it to be our last.” THen he got down on one knee and said, “Rachael, you’re my best friend and the love of my life. Will you marry me?” Through a combination of laughing and crying I said “YES!”
