With your expertise, brides can imagine their dream reception decor including table shapes, linens, centerpieces, chairs, favors, and more! Today’s Bride will reserve the space for your table and provide signage. Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their display and packing it up during move-out.

Space and location in the reception table gallery are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. RSVP today to guarantee a spot.
For the rentals at I-X Center (Cleveland): You are responsible for bringing or renting your own table, chairs, linens, decor, and whatever else is needed to design your tablescape. Rental orders can be placed through the show decorator Miller’s Party Rental Center. Deadline to reserve: January 11, 2023.
For the rentals at John S. Knight Center (Akron): Miller’s Party Rental Center has agreed to provide any gallery rentals free of charge as a show sponsor. Call them at 330-753-9104 to place your order and they will deliver it to JSK on the day of the show. Deadline to reserve: February 24, 2023.
You are more than welcome to collaborate with other wedding vendors to create your tablescape! Only contributing companies that are exhibitors at the show will receive credit on signage.
Designs will be voted on by attendees, and the winner with the most votes will be awarded Bride’s Choice!
Use of any promotional materials (business cards, marketing materials, etc) is not permitted in or around the display space, nor are members of your company permitted to solicit at the gallery setup. This is for inspirational displays ONLY.
