“Honestly, the week prior to my appointment was personally very stressful, so I was convinced on my way to the the appointment I was not going to find a dress. But let me tell you, Carrolyn made the experience easy and seamless. I loved the intimate space and felt relaxed as soon as I sat down. Everything is personalized to you from the sign out front welcoming you to the playlist creating a fun experience. Carrolyn took the time to get to know me, my love story and my style preferences before we even started looking at the racks. The Ivory Room has a fantastic dress selection, seriously I tried on just about every style. Carrolyn understood my desire to standout but feel confident not self-conscious in my dress. Surprisingly, the first dress I chose off the rack was the first dress I tried on and the dress I said a very emotional yes to, 20/10 recommend! So much love and gratitude for Ivory Room. “I had a wonderful experience with Ivory Room! Carrolyn really helped me and her store is so adorable. Price are very reasonable. I tried one the first 3 dresses that were not the one until Carrolyn showed me this one dress that might be the one and once I tried it on, it was the one! I’m in love with my dress! She knows how to pick a dress for a bride that wants to looks and feel beautiful for their day. I also got the veil and jewelry to match my perfect dress! I can’t wait to pick up my dress! “Ivory room was the best place ever!! She was so caring and kind. Always making sure we were all comfortable. I got to try on any dresses I wanted, I have a bigger body type and all the dresses were very inclusive. “An absolute wonderful experience in her shop. She provides the best service to her customers and goes over and beyond what anyone else has done according to my experience. Makes you feel very welcome and at home. Plays your choice of music softly in the background during your visit, helps you in the changing room more than anybody else ever has and provides you a robe to cover yourself up in uncomfortable with showing yourself as she assists you between changes, has a fan in changing room if you get too warm because we all know it gets warm down to having mints, chocolates, water and feminine products if needed. has a beautiful selection of dresses and a wonderful eye of what would be good to try on. “Ivory room is seriously the cutest bridal shop I’ve been to! The way Carolyn organizes everything and makes your experience feel so special and exciting is unlike anything I’ve experienced at other bridal shops. personal and relaxed atmosphere

“Carrolyn shuts down the bridal room for the appointment which created a very personal and relaxed atmosphere. She didn’t have a specific dress by a designer but could loan it so I could try on one i fell in love with from Pinterest. She has a great variety of bridal styles, great lighting and a bunch of accessories too with reasonable prices. She was very warm, helpful and patient. I knew I wanted to buy from her the minute I met her and saw her passion for what she does. Support small local business and go the Ivory Room for your wedding dress!!”
