“We LOVED our experience with Penthouse Events. From our initial visit almost two years before our wedding date, we noticed right away that Ursula and Julio go above and beyond. They were so kind and accommodating, truly dedicated to helping us achieve our vision.

Ursula was incredibly responsive to email, organized, and detail-oriented. The staff at our reception were friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to interact with them throughout the night. Our guests raved about the reception, saying it was one of the greatest weddings/events they’ve ever been to, the service was impeccable, and the food was some of the best they’d ever had at a wedding.”

“The only thing you need to know is that no other venue or wedding coordinator will ever compare to Ursula and Julio. Do yourself the biggest favor and look no further than these two and any of their incredible venues. My husband and I got married at the lantern room and from the first time we met them to the very last song of our wedding day, they were attentive and focused on making the process the easiest, most enjoyable, least stressful it could be. I kid you not, Ursula just asked us to send her some Pinterest pictures of our vision and she brought them to real life. I hardly did a thing!! How rare is that?!

Not only that but she was incredibly responsive the entire planning process to any email questions that came up. But it didn’t stop there, she put together all of our centerpieces, and seating chart, and coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure everyone got where they were supposed to be. On the actual day of, if you didn’t know you would have thought Ursula and Julio were our aunt and uncle. From making sure we had the drinks we wanted in hand to snapping special dance floor moments and even personally scooping the ice cream for guests- they were everywhere, doing everything all with a smile. I couldn’t help but think, is it possible they are actually having as much fun as us?

They clearly love what they do, and they set the bar exceptionally high. My friends were all shocked to hear that I didn’t have to do all of the minuscule work of wedding planning like tablecloth and napkin colors and that I had a point person who not only willingly did all of that but also blew it out of the water. I cannot reiterate enough that Julio and Ursula are the only people you need to consider for your special event. You can put all of your trust in them and just actually enjoy the unique process of planning your special day. I want to get married all over again just purely so I can work with them again. I’m not kidding.”

“Ursula and Julio did a fantastic job for our New Year’s Eve event! They arrived early to help set up everything and had a great staff that kept the event running smoothly and also made some delicious drinks at the bar. The venue has an amazing view of the city and plenty of space for dancing, food, a bar, and seating. The team was flexible with all of our plans and helped us craft the perfect event. I would highly recommend an event at the penthouse!”

“Ursula, the Creative Director at Penthouse Events, is a true visionary. Not only is she extremely talented, she is very organized and played an instrumental part in my wedding day. She made sure everything from the wedding ceremony to the reception was executed flawlessly. She made sure all the groomsmen and ushers were all in the correct place, and knew exactly what they needed to do. She helped execute a Pittsburgh style cookie table, and handled all last minute hiccups with grace and ease. If you are having a wedding, you want Ursula running it.”

“Greatest experience of our lives! With the stunning views at this venue there isn’t much that needs to happen to wow people. That didn’t stop Ursula and Julio from absolutely blowing us away from top to bottom. We knew we wanted a magical night and that was about it. When we showed up to the venue on the day, everything was perfect and we had to worry about NOTHING. We will be having another event here for sure. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Where to begin? From the first time we saw the cityscape and frozen lake and met Ursula and Julio we were hooked. They were professional, gracious, flexible and immediately captured our vision. They were super easy to work with and easy to contact over the ensuing months. Their recommendations for vendors were all home runs with equally excellent people and high quality work. However, the night of the wedding we were blown away by the Penthouse. The decorations, the view, the atmosphere was one in a million. Ursula was prepared for any dress or bouquet mishap. The food was absolutely out of this world and universally loved by all. We have guests 4-5 days later still calling us to compliment us on the incredible wedding but especially the service and professionalism of the staff working the wedding who went way above the norm to wine and dine each guest and make them feel as special as us, the bride and groom. This team is amazing and made our wedding one that will never be forgotten by ourselves or our guests.”

WELL BEYOND MY EXPECTIONS

“Absolutely well beyond my expectations!!! Not only was this place stunning, with amazing views, but the venue itself is a dream!! Floor to ceiling windows, food was spectacular, décor, was top notch!!! The best part of this venue is… drumroll…. Ursula, Julio and their staff!!! They are the cherry on top of what was already a perfect venue!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!! I am the bride and this was my wedding shower… it was incredible in so many ways!! I would 1000% recommend this venue, not only for the gorgeous views, delicious food and beautiful décor, but for the over the top attention to all the guests and the service! Julio made sure all glasses were never empty, all guests were guided to the venue by their amazing staff, Ursula made every detail perfect!! I’m already trying to find another event that they can host!!! I can’t say enough about this venue and the staff…. book them and you will find out how incredibly amazing this place is…. MAGICAL!!!! “There was nothing easy about planning a wedding in 2020…until we met Ursula and Julio of Penthouse Events CLE. Due to the pandemic, our plans were constantly evolving (down to the week before the event). Ursula and Julio were fantastic partners during this process and put our minds at ease throughout.
