“I simply cannot express how wonderful my experience was working with Mike and the rest of the incredible staff from Pokrova Banquet Hall. While COVID-19 hit shortly after we booked the hall for our reception, Mike was amazing about providing us with as much transparency as he could about our options and expectations during the months leading up to our wedding, and he kept close tabs with us as regulations were implemented and changed, along with seamlessly adjusting our plans to have the ceremony at the hall as well when our original venue for the ceremony had to cancel. Pandemic aside, Mike and the staff were very dedicated to taking care of our needs for our special day. From accommodating for our guests who had varying food restrictions, helping us stick to our budget, working around my and my husband’s schedules, loaning their own personal Halloween decorations for our untraditional reception decor, preparing and serving the delicious food, and providing excellent service throughout the whole process, they more than exceeded my expectations! We were very fortunate to keep our original wedding date, and to safely accommodate our guests during the pandemic, and I know the staff played a major role in making this possible for us. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and support, and I’m greatly looking forward to using their services for future events!”
