Matt Barnes, also known as Gourmet Guy, has been crafting tasty meals for more than three decades. After graduating from Pittsburgh Culinary in 1996, Matt got his start in local restaurants where he developed a reputation for unique and healthy meals. In 2012, he decided to strike out on his own and start his catering business focusing on weddings and corporate events. From that point, Gourmet Guy has increased to include three Manna Food Trucks, the Gourmet Guy Cafe in Rocky River, and an array of catering choices.
