KDH Shuttle Service LLC provides professional wedding and event transportation throughout Northeast Ohio, including Akron, Canton, Cleveland, Medina, Youngstown, and surrounding areas. We specialize in wedding guest shuttles, bridal party transportation, hotel-to-venue transportation, post-reception transportation, bachelor/bachelorette parties, concerts, sporting events, bar hopping, corporate events, and private group outings.
Our buses are clean, comfortable, and equipped with LED lighting, Bluetooth access, a cooler for drinks, and a professional driver to keep your group safe and on schedule. Whether you need transportation for your wedding party, hotel guests, family members, or a full evening of celebration, we help make the day smooth, organized, and stress-free.
For weddings, our shuttle service is perfect for moving guests between hotels, ceremony locations, reception venues, and after-party destinations. We also offer flexible transportation schedules, allowing couples to split their service time however works best for their timeline.
Pricing & Packages
Wedding shuttle packages start at $750 and include our 3-hour minimum service. Additional time may be added at $200 per hour or $125 per additional 30 minutes. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event.
One of the biggest benefits of booking with KDH Shuttle Service is flexibility. Our 3-hour minimum can be split however you would like, and you are only paying for the time the bus is actively moving — we do not charge for idle time while the bus is waiting between transportation windows.
For example, many couples choose to split their package with transportation before the ceremony and again toward the end of the reception. In 1.5 hours, one 15-passenger bus can complete approximately 4 trips, transporting around 60 guests depending on distance between locations. For larger guest counts, extended service time or an additional bus may be recommended.
We also offer custom transportation packages for smaller weddings, elopements, intimate receptions, or couples who may not need the full 3-hour minimum. These options are based on availability, travel distance, number of passengers, and the overall transportation timeline.
