Catering by Nuevo was started by our co-founder Zachary Hirt as a way to showcase his culinary delights to Northeast Ohio while awaiting the opening of our first Nuevo Modern Mexican and Tequila Bar which opened in 2014 in downtown Akron. In 2016, Nuevo Modern Mexican and Tequila Bar and Lakeside Event Space opened in downtown Cleveland on the East 9th pier. Today, the restaurant, catering and event space are striving to cater to YOUR needs. In March of 2021 the Nuevo food truck will start moving and grooving in Northeast Ohio. Catering by Nuevo and The Nuevo Food Truck specializes in Modern Mexican food, but check out our menu: it offers an array of other modern, delicious, made from scratch cuisine. With our food truck, we can offer off-site catering including buffets and plated meals.
