Sun Rental is a tent and event rental company, located in the heart of beautiful Mentor, Ohio! After starting the company for equipment and tool rentals more than 60 years ago, we recognized the need for high-quality, dependable, and affordable tent and event rentals for weddings in Northeast Ohio. Today, our entire team of Event Professionals, from our sales/planning team to our delivery crew, are dedicated to making your experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free from start to finish.

Pricing & Packages
We designed several tent packages to help you create your picture-perfect wedding day. Whether you are having 50 guests or 200 guests, you’ll be able to find a package that fits your needs with the basics to get your party started. These packages typically range from $6,000 – $12,000 and include:
