Built in 1825, Bella Dawn boasts charming original architecture including exposed rustic wood walls, hand-hewn beams, and stained glass windows — fully renovated to include state-of-the-art amenities and modern facilities. The property features two historic buildings — the 1825 main event venue and a beautifully restored 1875 colonial home serving as an exclusive on-site bridal cottage complete with a charming meeting area, kitchenette, and modern glam room. The venue can accommodate up to 175 guests with elegant indoor and outdoor spaces.
Founded in 2022 by Laurel Hermann and her daughter Wendy Christopher, Bella Dawn Events is a proud women-owned, mother-daughter operated business. Laurel brings over 40 years of experience in banking, real estate, and finance, while Wendy serves as the heart of the day-to-day client experience — guiding couples through every step of the planning process with warmth and dedication.
