We are pleased to present the Exhibitor Manual for the John S. Knight Center Show on March 8, 2026! We are excited to have you as an exhibitor and prepare you for a successful show. Inside this manual, you’ll have a record of important deadline dates, general guidelines, exhibitor rules, important exhibitor documents, and added-value promotional opportunities. Move In Hours

Saturday, March 7, 2026 12:45 PM  – 4:00 PM

Sunday, March 8, 2026 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM

ALL EXHIBITORS must unload at the upper South Broadway Street lot off the loading dock area and enter through Dock Door 2 (pink arrow).

UNLOADING IS PROHIBITED through the main front door on East Mill Street.

Silent opening 10:45 AM. All booths must be ready to go!

No exhibits may start tearing down until after 4:00 pm. The takedown, removal, or repackaging of booth materials and/or displays during posted bridal show hours is strictly prohibited. Not only is this disrespectful to attendees and neighboring booths, but it poses a hazard while transporting said materials through the event facility. Early teardown will result in forfeiture of the lead list and a $100 fine.

Important March Deadlines

  • Wednesday, February 4, 2026: One-hour guided tour of John S. Knight Center (optional). RSVP to [email protected]. Please include the company name & who is attending.
  • Friday, February 13, 2026: Materials for the Pink Bag Stuff It Program are due (if contracted). 500 pieces of literature due to Today’s Bride Office
  • Friday, February 27, 2026: March Credentials Form due (company sign, name tags, specials, table/linen needed, electricity, etc).
  • Friday, February 27, 2026: Deadline to reserve space in the Inspiration Galleries (Table, Cake, Gown, Portraits). Email [email protected] to reserve your space.
  • Friday, February 27, 2026: Deadline to reserve additional booth rental items and complimentary rentals for the table gallery from Miller’s Party Rental Center. Please contact Angel at Miller’s Party Rental: 330-753-9104 or [email protected].

PARKING The CITY lots are free of charge starting at 6:00 PM on Friday and continuing through Sunday. There are other PRIVATE lots available for a fee. See the posted rates for the fees.

FOOD SAMPLE GUIDELINES Selling food products is prohibited. All sampling requests are to be submitted in writing to [email protected] before the show. Sampling is limited to a 2-oz. portion for food and a 3-oz. portion for a beverage. The items being sampled must be part of your business services. Alcoholic samples are prohibited.  Sternos at this venue is permitted provided the exhibitor has an ABC-rated fire extinguisher in their booth.

DELIVERIES The John S. Knight Center cannot be held responsible for any shipment of goods accepted at the facility. As a building rule, JSK will accept shipments up to three (3) business days (Monday – Friday, 9 am to 4 pm) before the event.

IDENTIFYING BRIDES Engaged attendees will be wearing a “I Said Yes!” Today’s Bride sticker. If the sticker is PINK, that means they already have a venue. If the sticker is GREEN, that means they do not have a venue.

LUNCH OPTIONS Outside food and drink are not permitted to be brought into the John S. Knight Center. Concession areas will be available throughout the show with ample seating.

FREE PUBLIC WIFI Use the “John S. Knight Center Guest” network. Open your internet browser and click on“Agree and Continue.”

ELECTRICITY If an exhibitor wants electricity above the included 10amp service for furnished single booths and larger (not naked booths or table tops), you must order from John S. Knight Center HERE.

Promoting Your Presence Before the Show | Social Media Images

Bring potential customers to see you by promoting your presence at the show (don’t forget to give them free tickets!).Not only will it help bring more engaged attendees to the show, but you’ll also get points toward our “Spread the Word” contest.

First-place winner gets a FREE booth, the second-place winner gets a FREE ad in the upcoming magazine, and the third place gets a FREE e-blast to our entire database. Learn more about how to enter the program here!
