Who is Occasion’s Party Centre?
Occasion’s Party Centre is family-owned and has been in business for over 45 years! With several spaces to choose from – like two gazebos, several ballrooms, and several gorgeous acres of land – it is the perfect spot for both your ceremony AND reception. Plus, you don’t have to leave the location for photos! You can have up to 325 guests for your formal or casual wedding, but Occasion’s also offers much more. “We can host rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, graduation parties, corporate events, dinner parties, and even memorial services and luncheons,” Tricia, Occasion’s Event Coordinator, says. Hold your shower, rehearsal, welcoming party, ceremony, reception, and next-day brunch all in one place!
What do they offer?
At Occasion’s Party Centre, you can say “I Do” surrounded by an expanse of greenery or beneath one of their two lakeside gazebos. Then, make your ways inside to celebrate in their Garden, Candlelight, or Lounge rooms.
The Garden room holds up to 325 guests and is illuminated by tons of natural light! Look out over the grounds or take advantage of their patio before dancing the night away. The Candlelight room holds up to 200 guests, has a designated dance floor, and a cozy fireplace! The Lounge is perfect for smaller get-togethers, showers, and rehearsal dinners as it accommodates up to 60 guests.
Like we said before, Occasion’s Party Centre is full-service. That means they offer EVERYTHING you need! “We try to remove as much stress as possible from the bride and groom prior to their big day,” Tricia says. “As an all-inclusive facility we provide all set-up, tear-down, security, bartenders, event coordinators and hostesses, champagne toasts for the bridal party, fresh floral arrangements for the head table, all catering and staff, and we never charge gratuities.” You’ll have an open bar, 5 hours of service, cake cutting service, free parking, and numerous upgrades! Plus, china, silverware, linens, dance floor, and even centerpieces are complimentary! At the end of the night, the staff will pack up any leftovers, gifts, and personal decor and deliver it to your car.

How much is it?
We get it. All of that sounds wonderful, but it really comes down to price. So how much can you expect to pay at Occasion’s Party Centre? “We base all of our pricing on a minimum dollar amount that is required to be spent. Then each bride is able to build her package based on everything Occasion’s offers until they reach that minimum dollar amount,” says Tricia. Not only will you know exactly how much you’ll spend before booking with them, but you’ll know that every detail is exactly as you pictured! Your event will be personally catered to you!
Once you decide to book with Occasion’s, you have plenty of time to come up with a payment plan. All you have to do is make a deposit to book, and then start saving! “We do not require any payment until the final balance is due one week prior to the event. We do not require payment plans, but we do allow couples to make payments if that is easier on them,” Tricia says.

At Occasion’s Party Centre, you’re not just hosting a wedding. You’re hosting your wedding! Every single detail can be personalized to you. “We offer many upgradable types of linen, from napkins, to tablecloths, runners, chair covers and sashes, backdrops, and more. They come in many colors to match every theme or trend.” Along with their catering staff, they have a baker on-staff who can personalize a wedding cake to fit your theme! Not a huge fan of cake? “To those couples who are straying from tradition, choose from cupcakes and cake pops, to a full dessert buffet with pies and cheesecakes, an ice cream sundae bar, or even our chocolate fountain!” Whatever you’ve imagined, you never have to settle when you book with Occasion’s Party Centre.
