“Lilacia Park in Lombard, IL in 2014. They decorate the entire park with Christmas lights around the holidays. I always mentioned that I wanted to see them with Jarrod since he moved to Illinois to be with me back in 2013. Finally, he made it a point to go. I had no idea. We walked around the park admiring the lights. And as we were about to leave he stopped me under one of the arches of lights and got down on one knee and proposed. It was magical!”
Advice From The Bride:
“Just do you, do what you can to prepare but on the day, don’t worry about a thing! it’s just about you and your spouse that matters that day. And what you will remember is how good of a time you had. So make a point to be happy and take everything in. Also, take time to just be with your spouse for a few minutes so you can soak it all in together!”
