This is exactly what happens when you combine one over-the-moon-to-be-married couple and one amazing venue in the form of Brookside Farms. BCR Studio was on hand to capture all the magic that was Tausha & Bradley’s wedding.

From the Bride: “My grandmother played a special role in my life and unfortunately passed away before our wedding. Since her passing, we have continuously found single pennies. There is a poem titled ‘Pennies from Heaven’ that we framed for the wedding, along with having specialty pennies engraved with our wedding date and ‘lucky in love.’ We placed them in various places at the wedding and guests found them throughout the evening. It was an individual way for me to feel her presence on our big day. I also carried the handkerchief she carried on her wedding day more than 50 years ago.”

From the Bride: “Brad is a huge popcorn fan, especially of the local popcorn shop — Campbell’s — in Cleveland. We decided to have a popcorn bar with three varieties and take home bags. Because Brad is a dentist, we could not forget about dental hygiene. At the end of the popcorn bar, guests could pick up a personalized travel toothbrush. We completed the bar with a ‘don’t forget to brush’ sign.”

From the Bride: “Brad and I decided we wanted to do something unique for our first dance; we set our minds on the final dance of Dirty Dancing … including the lift. After a series of dance lessons at Starz Ballroom, we surprised all wedding guests and simultaneously had ‘the time of our lives!’ It ended up being the highlight of our reception, and surprising all of our family and friends was priceless. We cannot wait to perform it again on our 50th wedding anniversary.”

Advice from her: “The months of planning lead up to a day that tends to go very quickly. Instead of sweating the small things, be sure to savor every passing moment. Eat the food at the wedding, spend time with your husband at the wedding, dance with your girlfriends — take note of your husband’s face as you walk down the aisle. Just be present in each moment.”
Advice from him: “Stay active in the wedding planning process, and help out where you can.”
